So, last night, I had a major craving for ice cream. I decided to look at
Pinterest and see what I could find as a
healthier alternative. I stumbled upon a recipe for
Skinny Banana "Ice Cream" from
Skinny Mom and decided I just had to try it! The texture was a bit gooey, but it satisfied my craving and cost me

Weight Watchers! I topped it off with some light whipped cream and cinnamon (still 0 points). It was well worth it to try out this recipe, and I'll definitely be making it again tonight!
