Weigh-In (Last) Wednesday

Today's Weight:
273.3
Well, I super failed last week at posting...but not at losing weight! :) It's not a lot, but I lost 0.3 pounds. I have been a bit better about not snacking and eating healthier. I've also started going to physical therapy for my dislocated shoulder, so that makes me do exercises at least every other day for an hour or so. Here's to getting back on track (and hoping this Wednesday is kind, too)!!
