Anyway, I stayed home from work today since I was feeling so crappy, but decided to call my grandparents and see if I could tag along with them to the YMCA to work out. I worked hard, but the rest of the day, I felt sicker than yesterday. I've been drinking tons of water and have continued a regimen of Advil Cold & Sinus. Hopefully I feel better by Monday! Here's this week's workout schedule:
Monday: Focus T25 Speed 1.0 (Alpha)
Tuesday: Focus T25 Upper Focus (Beta)
Wednesday: Focus T25 Cardio (Alpha)
Thursday: Focus T25 Speed 1.0 (Alpha)
