So, this weekend, I already knew it was going to be tough to stay within my points because it was my best friend's birthday. We went out to eat and then to Westport to Piano Bar and The Union. I actually didn't drink a lot, but we ate a big dinner. I got a chicken sandwich and cottage cheese (in place of fries). However, my mom and I went to Costco earlier that day and I got a Turkey and Provolone Sandwich, which cost me 20 Points Plus. That was a bad choice on my part. I thought it'd be a better option than a Polish Dog or a piece of Pizza, but I guess I was wrong. Then, on top of that, I had a Berry Sundae (frozen yogurt) since I thought the turkey sandwich wouldn't cost me so many points. So, by dinner time, I only had 11 points to use. I went way over that with drinks and dinner. Oh, well. I'll just get back on track (until Friday when another friend is having a birthday at Whiskey Tango). We'll see what happens on Weigh-In Wednesday, but hopefully I won't gain too much. I worked out really hard last week, and I plan on doing the same this week, so hopefully it'll pay off.
