Exercise Escapades

This week was another successful week! I worked out every day (Mon.-Fri.)! I did a Focus T25 video every single day! (*pats self on the back*) I tried one video that I hadn't done before: Lower Focus. Oh, my, was it hard! My legs were burning!! Hopefully Weigh-In Wednesday will be kind to me after all my hard work! Here's this week's workout schedule:

Monday: Focus T25 Ab Intervals (Alpha)
Tuesday: Focus T25 Cardio (Alpha)
Wednesday: Focus T25 Speed 1.0 (Alpha)
Thursday: Focus T25 Lower Focus (Alpha)
Friday: Focus T25 Speed 1.0 (Alpha)
