Yay! I worked out every day! Go, me! I am hooked on the Divergent series right now, so my time on the treadmill flies by! Also, I'm angry about the third book...we'll just leave it at that. Anyway, here's this week's boring workout schedule:
Monday: Treadmill - 30 min.
Tuesday: Treadmill - 30 min.
Wednesday: Treadmill - 30 min.
Thursday: Treadmill - 30 min.
Friday: Treadmill - 30 min.

Do you like your fitbit flex? I'm saving up to get an activity band like that but there are so many options I'm having trouble deciding which to get.
ReplyDeleteIt's okay. I'm not sure it's 100% accurate all the time, but I think it's slowly adjusting to me. I like how it tracks my sleep. I don't really use the food intake thing since I do Weight Watchers, but I use the water intake one and the steps/miles. It was worth the $100 I think.
