Recipe Report
Instead of a normal Recipe Report this week, I decided to share a very helpful chart with you guys. I went to make a casserole and started to chop up an onion when I realized it was too transparent and had white liquid in it. I figured it was bad, so I threw it out and didn't want to make the casserole after that. I found this helpful chart on Pinterest about the shelf life of different foods. My onion was definitely more than a week old. But, I guess you can't always trust everything about expiration dates. My mom hates my ridiculous obsession with them. I have a serious issue with expired food. If the label says it's bad, I have a very difficult time eating it, even if it's clearly fine. I need to work on it, but it's hard. Anyway, here's the chart.
