Sorry, everyone! I didn't get a chance to post my workout schedule Friday. It's been a busy, busy weekend! I didn't do so well working out every day, but when I did work out, I worked harder than normal. Here's this week's workout schedule:
Monday: Elliptical (home) - 10 min. / Treadmill (home) - 25 min.
Wednesday: Walk/Jog around Concordia - 35 min.
Thursday: Treadmill (gym) - 1 hr.
Friday: None
